The day after Luther was honored by his Alma Mater, Gannon, where he was an early African American ROTC participant, numerous Manus friends came together, including Al Richardson who, along with his wife, Peggy, has generated more the $500,000.00 for the Frederick Douglass Scholarhip, which he founded and operates.
